Power Purchase Agreement

Purchase power from QTM under reduced tariffs while QTM builds, owns, operates and transfers the power plant to you.

Independant Power Producer

Traditionally, there is no direct link between off-site renewable energy projects and the customer. QTM builds purpose built solar farms for supplying the customer a portion of the output and all of the carbon associated credits required to offset 100% of electricity supply carbon emissions.

Energy Engineering Services


Our certified energy engineers carry out measurement and verification (M&V) services to benchmark property energy use and recommend proactive conservation measures. As part of the process our engineers tackle indoor air quality, temperature and humidity issues often seen in developments.

Energy Audit

ASHRAE Level I, II and III audits to measure and verify energy efficiencies and consumption to identify energy conservation measures.

 

Energy Modelling

Computer simulated mathematical models to predict energy use and to use as a benchmark to compare actual consumption.

Energy Performance Contract


QTM specialises in undertaking limited term energy performance contracts absorbing all technical and financial risk throughout the project term. We engineer bespoke retrofit technologies to reduce consumption and induce positive cash flow for clients.

Shared Energy Savings

QTM finances the initial capital investment and ongoing operational costs including maintenance, warranties and repairs and energy engineering services throughout the contract period. QTM's investment is paid through shared savings.

Guaranteed Energy Savings

The client invests the capital for the energy efficiency retrofits and pays QTM an annual maintenance and energy engineering service fee. QTM guarantees the annual savings and is liable to pay the client back for any shortfall throughout the contract period.

Energy Systems Design and Supply


QTM undertakes design and build projects in the energy systems sector introducing new age energy efficient, alternate heating and cooling solutions. The solutions include radiant cooling and heating, heat recovery chillers, chiller plant refurbishment/replacement and heat pump-based water heating solutions, among others.

Our engineers study existing systems and operations by performing a thorough assessment of existing mechanical HVAC systems, lighting, water and automatic controls and identifying modifications required as a result of the changes to operations or occupancy over time.
